住院患者医院感染现患率调查

目的了解医院住院患者感染性疾病分布特点,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采样现患率调查方式,对2012年7月25日0:00-24:00在某院内科系统住院的患者进行感染性疾病调查。结果调查当日该医院内科系统共有住院患者704例,有感染性疾病280例、290例次,感染率为39.78%、例次感染率为41.19%;其中医院内获得感染率占15.00%,社区获得感染占85.00%。感染部位以呼吸道感染为主。调查当日抗菌药物使用率为37.22%,以治疗性用药和Ⅰ联用药为主。从患者送检标本中共检出病原菌53株,医院内获得感染病原菌主要为铜绿假单胞菌和葡萄球菌属;社区获得性感染患者标本中还检出一定比例的EB病毒。结论该医院内科系统住院患者感染以社区获得感染为主,除细菌感染之外,还发现病毒感染,应加强社区获得感染的干预措施和管理。

INVESTIGATION ON PREVALENCE RATE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION IN INPATIENTS

Objective To understand the distribution of infectious diseases in inpatients so as to provide the basis for making interventions.Methods Sampling method was used to investigate the prevalence rate of infectious diseases in inpatients of internal medicine wards in our hospital from 0 to 24 o'clock on July 25,2012.Results There were 704 inpatients in the internal medicine on the investigation day.280 cases and 290 case times of nosocomial infection happened,and the infection rate was 39.78%,while the case prevalence rate was 41.19%.The ratio of hospital-acquired infection was 15.30%,and the ratio of community-acquired infection was 84.70%.The infection was mainly in the respiratory tract.The usage rate of antimicrobial drugs was 37.22%.The antimicrobial drugs were mainly used for treatment and were used individually.In 53 strains of pathogens causing nosocomial infection,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus were at the top in samples of hospital-acquired infectious inpatients.Certain proportion of EB virus was detected in samples of community-acquired infectious inpatients.Conclusion The community-acquired infection is dominated in the inpatients of internal medicine.In addition to bacterial infection,the virus infection also happens.Therefore,interventions and administration should be strengthened to control community-acquired infection.
