| 摘 要： | 耐酸性被认为是致龋菌在牙的生物膜上生存的一个重要决定因素。目前已分离、测序并克降了几个相关基因。本文主要对ffh耐酸相关基因的结构、功能和可能的作用机制等方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | Acid tolerance is regarded as one of the most important factors, which allows cariogenic germs to survive on the bio-membrane.Nowadays, we have isolated,sequenced and cloned several related genes. In this article, we review the development of research of the acid-resistant gene ffh about its structure, function and possible mechanism. |
