| 摘 要： | 目的了解安徽省农村地区育龄妇女剖宫产发生率及其影响因素。方法对安徽省A、B县1 515名2008年3月1日-2008年12月31日有分娩史的已婚育龄妇女进行面对面问卷调查。结果A、B县剖宫产率分别为63.6%,82.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=60.728,P0.001),孕产妇对于剖宫产的主动需求是剖宫产率升高的主导因素;产妇的受教育年限长是2县共同的剖宫产危险因素(A县OR=1.081,B县OR=1.103);在A县,有不良孕产史、产前检查次数多、县级以上医院分娩是剖宫产的危险因素(OR值分别为1.875,1.359,1.524);在B县,在乡镇卫生院分娩是剖宫产的危险因素(OR=2.114)。结论2个县剖宫产率居高不下,应因地制宜制定干预措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To describe the cesarean section(CS) rate in rural areas of Anhui,and to analyze the factors associated with CS.Methods A total of 1 515 women who delivered during March 1st to December 31th,2008 in two counties of Anhui were investigated with questionnaire.Results The rate of CS in two counties was 63.6% and 82.1%,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.001).Women's request played an important role in the incidence of cesarean delivery.Higher education level was a risk factor of caesarean se... |
