经皮,经肝放置EMS治疗恶性胆道狭窄

作者以经皮，经肝介入法放置胆道ＥＭＳ（ＥｘｐａｎｄａｂｌｅＭｅｔａｌｌｉｃＳｔｅｎｅｔｓ）成功地治疗６例胆道狭窄病人（恶性５例，良性１例），共放置ＥＭＳ８枚（Ｗａｌｌｓｔｅｎｔ２枚，Ｇ－ＲＺ－ｓｔｅｎｔ５枚，改良了Ｚ－ｓｔｅｎｔ２枚）首次放置ＥＭＳ技术成功率７５％，发生支错位２例次，发生错位的病人均经追加ＥＭＳ得以纠正，最终效果良好，随访５例恶性狭窄病人存活１－７个月，退黄效果满意，１例良性狭窄病

Expandable metallic stents in malignant biliary obstruction

EMS inserted through the percutaneous transbepatic route hs been used successfully in six patients with malignant(n=5)and benign(n=1)bilary obstruction,A total of 8EMS were used:2 Wallstents, 4 Gianturco-Rosch Z-stents and 2 improoved type Z stents.EMS placement was successful in all patients without procedure related death.The stent misposition occurred in 2 cases and thetechnical failure rate at the first attempt was 52%.B tt all of them have been mananged through implantation of further stents. Result: 1case witl benign biliary stricture is followed up more than 24 months.The EMS has good result and longterm patency.The ranging survival time was 1-7 months in 5 cases with malignent biliary obstruchion.They had not recurred jundice related to sent occlusion until death.
