胃癌根治术后辅助FAM方案化疗远期疗效观察

目的　探讨胃癌根治术后应用辅助化疗患者的远期疗效。方法　胃癌根治术后 94例 ,9例失访(不包括在此观察中 ) ,其余 85例进行随访 ,根治术后 3个月内应用FAM方案辅助化疗 ,完成 2个疗程者为治疗组 ,共 32例 ,3个月内未完成 2个疗程或未化疗及用其它方法治疗者为对照组 ,共 5 3例。结果　治疗组死亡率为 1 5 6 7% (5 / 32 ) ,对照组死亡率为 39 6 2 % (2 1 / 5 3)。中位生存期治疗组为 39个月 ,对照组为 2 2个月 ,t检验 ,2组间存活时间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　胃癌根治术后辅助化疗可延长生存期及降低死亡率

Observation on Long Term Curative Effect of Adjuvant FAM Chemotherapy after Radical Operation of Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To discuss the long term curative effect of adjuvant FAM chemotherapy after radical operation of gastric carcinoma. Methods 85 cases among 94 of radical operation of gastric carcinoma were followed up. The FAM adjuvant chemotherapy in 32 cases in test group were performed 2 courses within 3 months. The control group of 53 cases were that unfinished 2 courses chemotherapy or treated with other methods. Results The mortality in test group was 15.67% and in control group 39.62%. The mean survival rate in test group was 39 months and in control group 22 months. There was significant difference between two groups after t test (P<0.01). Conclusion The adjuvant chemotherapy after radical operation of gastric carcinoma might prolong the survival rate and decrease the mortality.
