综合针法对中风偏瘫痉挛状态的疗效观察

目的：研究不同针法对中风偏瘫痉挛状态的康复疗效。方法：在统一诊断标准以及入选标准的前提下,150例患者随机分为体针组（A组）、体针加头皮针组（B组）、体针加腹针纽（C组）、体针加头皮针加腹针组（D组）。体针加头皮针、腹针、水针、皮肤针,按摩导引、药艾灸,综合治疗组（E组）。采用修订的Ashworth痉挛评定级、B runnstrom分级,分别评定痉挛程度、运动功能水平、日常生活能力,考察不同针刺方法对中风病偏瘫痉挛患者的疗效。结果：B.C.D.E组对痉挛状态的改善,运动功能水平、日常生活能力的提高均优于A组（P〈0.01）,以E组疗效最佳（P〈0.01）。结论：综合治法在改善痉挛状态方面有独特的优势,可提高患者的运动功能水平及日常生活能力。

Observation of clinical effecfs of comprehensive needling methods for treatment of spastic state of hemiplegia stroke

Objective：To study on rehabilitation therapeutic effect of different needling methods on spastic state of apoplectic hemiplegia.Methods：With unified diagnostic criteria and enrolled criteria 150 patients with apoplectic hemiplegia were randomly devided into body acupuncture（BA）group（A group）.BA plus scalp acupuncture（SA） group（B group）,BA plus abdominal acupuncture（E） group（C group） and BA＋SA＋AA group（D group）.And BA＋SA＋AA plus injectional acupuncture,skin-acupunture,massage,guide and moxibustion,are comprehensive treatment group（E group）.Spastic degrees,motor function level,daily life ability were assessed by using modified Ashworth spastic rating,Brunnstrom rating,arid to investigate therapeutic effects of different needling methods on spstic state of apoplectic hemiplegia.Results：B group,c group,D group and E group in improvement of spastic state,motor function level and daily life ability were superior toA group（P0.0l）,with the E group being the best（P0.0l）.Conclusion：Comprehensive needling method has an unique ad-vantage in improvement of spastic state,increasing motor function and daily life ability of the patient.
