| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨海绵窦段颈内动脉瘤的发生机理、临床表现及诊断治疗。方法:12例病人应用微导管插管技术,在数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)监视下,用球囊对海绵窦段颈内动脉瘤行血管内栓塞治疗。结果:12例病人均一次栓塞成功,栓塞后症状消失,其中4例病人视力改善,2例失明病人视力分别恢复至0.1及0.3。1例于栓塞后1年出现患侧末梢血管脑梗塞,表现为对侧肢体瘫痪,积极治疗后恢复。结论:应用可脱性球囊血管内栓塞动脉瘤近端载瘤动脉是治疗本病的有效手段。

| Abstract: | To discuss rhe pathogenesis, pathology, clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment of intracavernous internal carotid aneurysms. Method: Under supervision of digital subtraction angiography (DSA),12 cases of intracavernous carotid aneurysms, were treated with balloon em-bolization via endovascular approach. Result: All of the 12 cases were completely cured and gain significant improvement of clinical symptoms, 2 blind patients had regained their vision to 0. 1 and 0. 3. Conclusion: To treat intracavernous internal carotid aneurysm by endovaseular em-bolization is an effective therapeutic method. |
