房颤血栓拴塞病例对照研究与关系型数据库

目的：为“中国房颤病人血栓栓塞研究”科研项目中病历对照研究部分提供—个采用先进的关系型数据库管理的解决方案。方法：在全面分析房颤血栓栓塞病例对照研究对于数据采集、数据管理及分析统计等实际需求的基础上,针对本项目研究的实际需求,以Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6.0为数据库开发工具。结果：建立了一个房颤病例对照研究专用的数据库软件系统,该系统具有用户界面友好、数据采集与管理快捷方便等特点,为本项目的研究提拱了先进高效的科学工具。并在实际应用中得到证实。结论：关系型数据库是一种先进的数据管理方案,在医学研究的大规模的数据管理分新中应用的意义十分重要。本数据库系统的开发是一个有益的探索,将有助于推动医学研究领缄的数据库管理标准的制定。

The Relational Database in Thrombosis and Embolism Study in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation in China

The case control study is a key method in the project "Thrombosis and Embolism Study in patients with Atrial Fibrillation (AF) in China" , which plays a great role in the analysis of risk factors in patients with AF. On the basis of data collection, data management, data analysis and statistics, we brought forward a solution by means of the relational database system, which is an advanced and very practical system. In order to make this database system cheap and effective, we used Microsoft Visual FoxPro6.0 as our programming tool language to build an advanced relational database system. Toe development of this software was introdueed in detail within the text. The utilization of this database system indicates that this software has a good interactive interface and is very convenient for data collection and easy to use. Our work provided an advanced tool with high efficiency for our project in patients with atrial fibrillation, which may contribute to a standard of data analysis and management using database system for medical study in China.
