青春期单纯性肥胖症脂联素变化及与动脉硬化关系的研究

目的探讨肥胖超重青少年患者血清脂联素等生化指标水平的变化及与动脉硬化的关系。方法测定40例肥胖青少年(肥胖组)、37例超重青少年(超重组)和42例体质量正常者(对照组)血清脂联素水平及颈动脉内中膜厚度,分析3组间的水平变化、分析两者间的相互关系。结果3组血清脂联素水平比较,肥胖组低于超重组、超重组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),颈动脉内中膜厚度比较,肥胖组大于超重组、超重组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),颈动脉内中膜厚度与脂联素水平呈负相关。结论肥胖青少年患者血清脂联素水平明显下降,颈动脉内膜厚度增厚,存在动脉粥样硬化的早期改变。

A study of relationship between changes in the serum adiponectin and atherosclerosis in adolescents with simple obesity

Objective To explore the relationship between arteriosclerosis and serum adiponectin in adolescents with simple obesity.Methods Forty obesity,37 overweight and 42 normal subjects were investigated.Their serum levels of adiponectin(APN) and carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) were measured.Results The APN levels of obesity group are obviously decreased than those in overweight,and the APN levels of overweight are obviously decreased than those in normal groups(P<0.05).IMT of obesity group was obviously thickened than that in overweight group and IMT of overweight group was obviously thickened than that in normal group(P<0.05).IMT was positively correlated with APN.Conclusions The levels of serum APN were markedly decreased and the IMT was markedly thickened in adolescents with simple obesity.There are early-stage pathological changes of arteriosclerosis in adolescents with obesity.
