儿童线粒体脑肌病9例脑部磁共振成像表现

摘    要:目的探讨儿童线粒体脑肌病的脑部磁共振成像(MRI)表现。方法搜集2003年1月至2007年10月经病理及实验室检查确诊的9例儿童线粒体脑肌病的脑部MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果9例患儿脑内病灶均表现为T1WI低、T2WI高信号,累及脑部皮层6例,皮层和深部灰质同时受累2例,脑内无异常信号,单纯性脑桥、延髓及小脑萎缩1例。结论MRI对线粒体脑肌病的脑内病变显示敏感且准确,对其早期诊断具有重要的价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the MRI appearances of mitochondrial eneephalomyopthy in children. Methods MRI manifestation in 9 children patients with mitochondrial encephalomyopthy, confirmed by pathology and laboratory exanination from January 2003 to October 2007 ,were retrospectively analyzed. Results 9 cases of children with brain lesions are manifested as T1 WI low, T2 WI higb signal, 6 cases involving the brain cortex,2 cases involving the cortex and deep gray matter,cerebral matter signal was norma, 1 was suffered from pontine,medullary and cerebellar atrophy. Conclusion MRI is sensitive to the intracranial lesions in patients with mitochondrial enceohalomvophy which is of great value in early diagnosis.
