| 摘 要： | 目的 总结48例婴幼儿心内直视手术心肺转流(CPB)的管理方法.方法 回顾分析48例体重＜15 kg先天性心脏病婴幼儿的CPB资料.均在全麻体外循环下行心内直视手术;术中监测并记录循环、呼吸生命指征,体温、尿量、电介质及酸碱平衡,调节引流、灌注以及血液的稀释与浓缩,结果 48例患儿手术经过基本平顺,未发牛与体外循环相关的严重并发症;术后死亡4例(8.33%).结论 婴幼儿体外循环应采用高流量灌注,使用膜肺,注意心肌、肺、肾和脑的保护,加强各项指标的监测与调整.
