有高血压家族史血压正常的中青年检验结果分析

目的：对有高血压家族史但血压正常的中青年（20～35岁）检验结果的分析。方法：研究对象为41例有高血压家族史，血压正常的中青年（家族史阳性组）和41例无高血压家族史，血压正常的中青年（家族史阴性组），测定52名中青年的身高、体重、体重指数、血压、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、血总胆同醇、低密度脂蛋白等指标。结果：家族史阳性组的体重指数、舒张压、餐后2小时血糖、血总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均高于家族史阴性组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：有高血压家族史的中青年具有更多发生心血管事件的高危因素。

Analysis of inspection result in normotensive young and middle-aged with family history of hypertension

Objective ： To explore the inspection result in normotensive young and middle-aged with family history of hypertension, Methods： 41 normotensire young and middle-aged with family history of hypertension （positive group） and 41 normotensive young and middle-aged without family history of hypertension （negative group）were selected, Height, iweight, body mass index （BMI）,blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were detedted, Results ： BMI, diastolic pressure, FBG, TC, LDL-C in positive group were significantly higher than those in negative group（〈0.05 ）, Conclusion ： the positeve group have more cardiovascular risk factors than negative group.
