认知与情感智能干预在脑卒中后肩手综合征病人功能康复中的应用效果

目的]探讨认知与情感智能应用于脑卒中后肩手综合征病人功能康复的效果。方法]将1 000例脑卒中后肩手综合征住院病人分为对照组和干预组各500例,对照组采用常规程序护理,干预组在对照组基础上增加认知与情感智能干预的护理方法。对干预前后两组病人采用Zung’s焦虑(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)等进行评定。结果]干预3个月后干预组病人SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);日常生活能力指数、生活质量指数和康复知识测评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]认知与情感智能干预可激发脑卒中后肩手综合征病人主体内部的智力潜能,提高病人的日常生活能力和生活质量。

Applied effect of cognitive and emotional intelligence intervention for functional rehabilitation of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

Objective：To probe into applied effect of cognitive and emotional intelligence intervention for functional rehabilitation of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.atotal of 1000cases of shoulder-hand syndrome inpatients after stroke were divided into control group and intervention group,500cases in each,Control group patients used conventional procedures care,besides that,the cognitive and emotional intelligence intervention was increased for intervention group patients.Zung’s anxiety（SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）and other scales were used for evaluation on two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results： after three months of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of intervention group patients were significantly lower than that of control group patients（P0.01）;activities of daily living index,quality of life index and rehabilitation knowledge assessment score were significantly higher that that of control group patients（P0.01）.Conclusion：cognitive and emotional intelligence intervention can stimulate intellectual potential inside the body of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke and improve the patients’activities of daily living and quality of life.
