| 摘 要： | 本文报道硝苯吡啶治疗老年冠心病心绞痛56例临床疗效,并与对照组 B(消心痛组38例)。对照组 C(硝苯吡啶+消心痛组47例)比较。结果提示:硝苯吡啶组临床总有效率为89.28%。对照组 B为76.32%,两组比较有显著差别(x~2=4.06,P<0.05);硝苯吡啶组心电图改善总有效率为64.2%,对照组 B 为44.7%,其间有明显统计学意义(x~2=4.24,P<0.05);硝苯吡啶组和对照组 C 比较,临床或心电图改善总有效率均无统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Therapeutic effectiveness of 56 aged patients with angina pectoris treated with Nifedipine was observed,by comparison with that of 38 cases treated with Isososbide dinitrate and 47 cases by Isososbide dinitrate combined with Nifedipine.The results suggested that the total therapeutic effetive percentages of Nifedipine group and Isososbide dinitrate group were 89.28% and 76.32%,the percentages of ECG improvement in both groups were 64.29% and 44.74%,with significant statistical difference(x~2=4.06,P< 0.05;x~2=4.24,P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between Nifedipine group and combined treatment group either in total therapeutic effectiveness or in ECG improvement. |
