深部热疗加同步放化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床研究

目的：研究热放化疗对宫颈癌治疗的疗效。方法：60例局部晚期宫颈癌病人随机分为放化疗组、热放疗组及热放化疗组,治疗结束时评价近期疗效,随访1年生存情况及早期毒性反应。结果：治疗结束时完全缓解率、有效率、局部控制率、外照射结束时局部肿瘤控制率及1年期无瘤存活率,热放化疗组分别为80%、100%、90%、50%及90%,明显高于其他两组（P〈0.05）,而放化疗组与热放疗组之间无明显差异（P〉0.05）。三组的1年存活率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。不良反应主要为胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制,其中热放疗组明显低于放化疗组（P〈0.05）,热放化疗组与其他两组之间无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：热放化疗可以提高病人近期疗效,且无严重并发症,是局部晚期宫颈癌治疗的一种安全有效模式,具有临床推广价值。

Clinical study on deep hyperthermia in combined with radiochemotherapy for the treatment of locoregionally advanced cervical cancers

Objective：To evaluate the effects of hyperthermo-radio-chemotherapy on cervical cancer.Methods：Sixty patients with locoregionally advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into three groups：Radio-chemotherapy Group（CRT）,Hyperthermo-radiotherapy Group（HRT） and Hyperthermo-radio-chemotherapy Group（HCRT）.The short-term curative response、immediate response and 1-year survival rate were assessed.Results：The HCRT group＇s complete regression rate after extemal irradiation and 1-year disease free suvival rate were 80%,100%,90%,50% and 90%,respectively,significantly higher than that in the other groups（P0.05）,which were not significantly different between CRT group and HRT groups（P0.05）.There was no statistical significance in one-year survival rate among three groups（P0.05）.The toxicity of all three groups were gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow depression,with significant difference between HRT group and CRT group（P0.05）.and no statistical correlation was observed in the early toxicity either between HCRT group and CRT group or between HCRT group and HRT group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Hyperthermo-radio-chemotherapy can improve the recent efficacy,had no serious complication.It was a safe and effective mode to treat advanced cervical cancer and had great clinial value.
