促凋亡蛋白Bid在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

目的：检测促凋亡蛋白Bid在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达,探讨其与子宫内膜病变发生、发展的关系。方法：应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）和免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法（SP法）检测30例正常子宫内膜组织和42例子宫内膜癌组织中Bid mRNA及蛋白的表达,并分析表达量与子宫内膜癌临床病理学参数的关系。结果：Bid蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织中的相对表达量分别为11.253±2.984和21.361±3.056,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Bid蛋白mRNA在子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织中的相对表达量分别为0.309±0.195和0.642±0.207,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在不同临床分期、不同组织学分级和肌层浸润的子宫内膜癌组织中Bid蛋白的表达量有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：Bid蛋白可能参与子宫内膜病变的发生发展过程。

Expression and significance of pro - apoptotic protein Bid in endometrial carcinoma

Objective：To detect the expressions of Bid in different endometrial tissues and explore the relationship between Bid and the development of endometrial carcinoma.Methods：The expressions of Bid in 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 30 cases of normal endometrial tissues were examined by RT-PCR and SP.Results：Compared with the normal endometrial tissues,there were significant differences in the expression of Bid mRNA and protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues（P 0.05）,and the expression in endometrial cancer tissues was significantly different associated with the pathological grading and staging.Conclusion：Bid protein may be involved in the process of endometrial lesions.
