连翘不同提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌体外抑制作用研究

目的:了解连翘不同提取液在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果。方法:将连翘洗净、烘干、粉碎成粗粉,分别用水、30%乙醇、50%乙醇、70%乙醇、95%乙醇连续回流提取,提取液浓缩成相当于原药材1 mg/mL的药液,将药液处理后,制成含药滤纸片,采用纸片法,以抑菌环大小为参考指标,观察抑菌效果,确定最佳提取溶剂及提取工艺。结果:连翘用10倍量95%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h,所得药液的抑菌效果最佳。结论:优选得到的提取工艺确实可行,便于连翘生产质量的控制。

Antibacterial Activity of Extracts of Forsythia Suspense From Different Solvents Against Staphylococcus Aurous in vitro

Objective：To observe antibacterial activity of extracts of forsythia suspense from different solvents against staphylococcus aurous in vitro.Methods：Forsythia suspense was washed out,dried,broken into pieces,then it was refluxed with water,30% ethanol,50% ethanol,70% ethanol,95% ethanol respectively.Extract was concentrated to solution with 1mg raw material per.mL.Antibacterial activity of extracts was tested with filter paper disk method by measuring the inhibitory zone.The favorable solvent was selected and optimal preparation procedure were established.Result：The optimum conditions for forsythia suspense were as follows：adding 95% ethanol of 10 times the quantity of medicinal material in process of extraction,refluxing for 1 h each time,extracting 3 times.Conclusion：This technological process is feasible and can be used to control the quality of forsythia suspense.
