缺血性中风痰瘀互结证动物模型的初步探讨

目的:研究缺血性中风痰瘀互结证动物模型的制作。方法:选用中老龄大鼠,采用高脂饮食,结扎左侧颈总动脉的方法,制作缺血性中风痰瘀互结证模型,观察大鼠一般体征、脑系数、血脂、血液流变学、血浆血栓素B(2TXB2)纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)等指标的变化。结果:模型鼠出现偏瘫症状;脑系数显著增高(P<0.01),血脂升高,血液呈高度浓、黏、凝、聚状态,PAI活性显著升高。结论:缺血性中风痰瘀互结证的动物模型,符合缺血性中风痰瘀互结证的临床特点,缺血性中风痰瘀互结证的动物模型成功建立。

Study on Animal Model With Ischemic Stroke Disease and Syndrome of Phlegm and Stagnated Blood

Objective：To establish animal model with ischemic stroke disease and syndrome of phlegm and stagnated blood.Methods：Aged or middle age rats were selected.Rats were fed with high-fat diet,left common carotid artery was ligated.Animal model with ischemic stroke disease and syndrome of phlegm and stagnated blood was established.Then indices such as general condition,brain coefficient,blood lipid,hemorheology,plasma thromboxane B2 and pasminogen activator inhibitor were observed.Results：Rats in model group appeared symptoms of hemiplegia,their blood was in high viscous state.Compared with normal group,brain coefficient,blood lipid and activity of pasminogen activator inhibitor of rats in model group were remarkably increased.Conclusion：It is confirmed that the symptoms of animal model are similar with clinic characteristics of ischemic stroke disease and syndrome of phlegm and stagnated blood.Animal model is established successfully.
