乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效及与激素受体相关性的临床观察

目的：了解乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效、化疗对激素受体的影响及疗效与激素受体的相关性。方法：应用Elivision法测定53例乳腺癌化疗前后ER、PR的表达并比较差异;评估化疗后病理反应情况;分析ER、PR表达与化疗后病理完全缓解率（pathologic complete response,PCR）的相关性。结果：53例乳腺癌化疗后,病理缓解率为77.4%,病理完全缓解率为5.7%。ER、PR化疗前后表达发生完全相反的改变的分别是9（18%）、11（22%）例,差异无统计学意义。ER或PR的表达与化疗后的PCR率无相关性。结论：乳腺癌新辅助化疗后少数病例能达到PCR,且其不影响ER、PR的表达。ER或PR的表达不能预见化疗后的PCR率。

The effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on expressions of ER,PR and their association in breast cancer

Objective：To study the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on expressions of ER,PR,and the response rate to chemotherapy in breast cancer and association between expressions of ER,PR and chemotherapy effect.Methods： Expressions of ER,PR of 53 patients with breast cancer were measured by Elivision immunohistochemistry before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Pathologic response rates were measured after preoperative therapy.Results： Among all the 53 cases,neoadjuvant chemotherapy achieved clinical response in 77.4% of patients and pathologic complete response（PCR）in 5.7%.The status of ER,PR change only in 9,11 cases respectively.There was no statistical difference before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.There was no association between the expression of ER,PR and achievement of PCR.Conclusion： Neoadjuvant chemotherapy achieved pathologic complete response in less amount of breast cancer and has no significant influence on status of ER,PR after therapy.The expression of ER,PR can not predict the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
