摘    要:目的:设计用于实验室排风过滤的高效空气过滤单元,以实现高效空气过滤器的原位检漏和消毒功能。方法:主要依据高效空气过滤单元的气密性、过滤器上游气溶胶混匀性能、漏点识别能力等指标,设计装置的结构组成。结果:国内自主研发的高效空气过滤单元,可实现原位检漏和消毒功能,并可满足相关标准要求。结论:达到国外同类产品水平,可满足我国高等级生物安全实验室建设的需要。

Abstract:Objective To develop HEPA filter unit that is applied in bio-safety laboratory so as to meet the requirements of in-situ HEPA filter leak detection and decontamination.Methods The structure composition of the equipment was designed according to the performance indexes of air tight,upstream aerosol concentration uniformity and leak detection.Results The self-developed product,which met relevant standard requirements,could perform the functions of in-situ HEPA filter leak detection and decontamination.Conclusion The product which ranks the same level of similar foreign products can meet the needs of high-level bio-safety laboratory in China.
