山莨菪碱加湿润烧伤膏辅助治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

目的：探讨山莨菪碱加湿润烧伤膏辅助治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法：将38例住院糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,常规组（18例）采用常规治疗及局部换药方法;山莨菪碱加湿润烧伤膏组（20例）在常规治疗的基础上用山莨菪碱（2～5ml）滴于创面后,用神灯照射15～30min,再用湿润烧伤膏外敷。结果：山莨菪碱加湿润烧伤膏组与常规组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：山莨菪碱加湿润烧伤膏对糖尿病足具有促进创面愈合的作用。

Observation of efficacy of Anisodamine plus MEBO in adjuvant treatment of diabetic foot

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Anisodamine plus MEBO in adjuvant treatment of diabetic foot.Methods：38 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional group（18 cases） were treated with conventional treatment and partial dressing method.Anisodamine plus MEBO group（20 cases） were treated on the basis of conventional therapy with Anisodamine（2-5 ml） drops on the wound after the exposure for with the Magic Lamp 15-30 minutes,and then used MEBO external application.Results：Compared the total effective rate of Anisodamine MEBO group and Conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The increase Anisodamine MEBO group on the diabetic foot has a role in the promotion of wound healing.
