| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）对胆管梗阻性疾病的诊断与治疗的价值。方法回顾性总结分析我院56例诊断与治疗性ERCP临床资料。结果56例ERCP中，胆总管结石者42例，胆总管良性狭窄2例，胆管肿瘤7例，胆总管囊肿1例，十二指肠乳头炎1例，壶腹癌2例，胆囊切除术后胆漏1例；内镜下乳头括约肌切开及取石（EST）45例，放置内引流管6例。结论通过ERCP方法可清晰地观察胆总管形态，对胆管疾病的诊断，以及梗阻性胆管疾病病因治疗有重要的意义。
