| 摘 要： | 1985年～1994年10年内收治2岁内婴幼儿重度营养不良165例,恶化4例、死亡21例,恶化死亡率15.15％。通过分析影响恶化死亡率的主要相关因素为年龄、喂养方式、感染、器官衰竭和贫血程度;普及初级卫生保健,可减少重度营养不良的发生。在防治营养不良的实践中对这些相关因素必须引起重视。 |

| Abstract: | For ten years (1985 - 1994) 165 severe malnourished infants has been treated,in which 4 cases were deteriorated,21 died,the deteriorative and death rate was 15. 15%. The main relative factors which affected the deteriorative and death rate were age,feeding model,infection, organic failure and degree of anaemia. The popularity of the primary health care can reduce the occurance of severe malnutrition. These related factors should be paid attention in practice of mal-nutritional prevention and treatment. |
