中药治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关胃病50例

[目的]探讨中药治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关胃病的疗效优势。[方法]对100例HP感染病例,随机分成中药治疗组50例,西医治疗对照组50例。中药治疗在辨证分型的基础上均加入蒲公英20g,地丁20g,苦参10g,黄连10g,金银花20g,生甘草10g。西医治疗组采用泮托拉唑20mg,早空腹口服;阿莫西林0.5mg,日3次,饭后口服;甲硝唑0.4mg,日3次,饭后口服。[结果]中药治疗组幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)根除率为72%,西药治疗对照组根除率为60%。[结论]中药治疗HP感染,患者副反应小,服药的依从性好,并与PPI三联疗法相比具有明显优势。

Herbal Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori of 50 Cases Related to Gastric

[ Objective ] Explore Chinese medicine treatment of Helicobacter Pylori （HP） infection related gastropathy curative effect. [ Methods] For 100 HP infections randomly divided into TCM medicine treatment group of 50 cases, western medicine treatment group of 50 cases. TCM therapy on the basis of medicine of typification are joined DeDing 20g, dandelion 20g, sophora flavescens 10g, rhizoma coptidis 10g, double flowers 20g, licorice 10g. Western medicine treatment group was adopted 20rag, torte and benzodiazepines early fast- ing oral; Amoxicillin 0.5 mg three times a day, oral; Metronidazole 0.4 mg, three times a day. [ Results]TCM medicine treatment group of HP eradication rates for 72% , Western medicine therapy for 60% in eradication. [ Conclusion] TCM medicine treatment HP infection makes patients with small side effect and good medication adherence, and compared with PPI sanlian therapy has obvious advantages.
