贵州省儿童接种卡证建立情况及其影响因素分析

目的了解贵州省入学入托儿童的接种卡证建立现况及其影响因素,为采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法采用典型调查与整群抽样相结合的方法,对996名儿童及其家长进行问卷调查。结果在所调查的996名儿童中,有接种证的342人,接种证持有率为34.3%;有接种卡的445人,建卡率为44.7%。多因素分析结果表明是否建卡、是否认为接种疫苗可预防相应疾病、母亲的文化程度、知道计划免疫包括的疫苗种数、是否是流动人口对接种证的持有率有很大影响,方程中各变量的标准偏回归系数依次升高。结论为了提高接种证持有率,要大力加强计划免疫相关知识的宣传教育。流动儿童的建证工作应该引起足够重视。

Immunization Certification Constituting of Children in Guizhou Province

Objective To study the present situation of immunization certification constitution among children of entry school or in kindergarten,and to provide evidence for the intervention measures.Methods A cluster sampling and canonical research were adopted to investigated 996 children and their parents with a questionnaire.Results There were 342 children had immunization certificates(34.3%) and 445 ones had immunization cards(44.7%).Multi-variable analysis indicated that the influencing factors to whether children had immunization certificates were belief of the vaccine efficiency,maternal educational level,the number of the vaccine that keeper known and being floating children.The partial regression coefficients were increasing.Conclusion To improve the rate of owing immunization certification,the education about knowledge of EPI(expand plan immunization) should be strengthened.And the work of constituting immunization certification for floating children should be paid more attention to.
