超声处理对杏仁水制备中氢氰酸含量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究超声处理方法对杏仁水中有效成分氢氰酸含量的影响。方法:采用3次重复的实验,比较杏仁粉碎成粗粉压去油后浸泡2h(传统处理法)和先粉碎成粗粉再经超声处理(超声处理法)这两种不同处理方法对所制得的杏仁水中氢氰酸含量的影响。结果:杏仁粉碎成粗粉再经超声处理后所制得的杏仁水中氢氰酸的含量明显高于传统处理方法制得的杏仁水中氢氰酸的含量。结论:超声处理法提高了杏仁水制备中氢氰酸的含量,且大大缩短了制备时间。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of determination of HCN in Aqua Armeniace by ultrasonic disposition.Methods:The effects of determination of HCN in Aqua Ameniace's making by ultrasonic disposition compared with traditional disposition by repeat three expersmentations.Results:The determination of HCN in Aqua Armeniacae's making was much higher by ultrasonic disposion than traditional disposition.Conclusion:The ultrasonic dispotion has raised the determination of HCN in Aqua Armeniacae's making and cut down the prepare time.
