| 摘 要： | 目的观察米索前列醇联合利凡诺尔用于中期孕引产的临床效果。方法70例妊娠24～27周的孕妇有引产指征者，随机分为米索前列醇联合利凡诺尔羊膜腔内注射（实验组）35例，单纯利凡诺尔羊膜腔内注射（对照组）35例），观察两组引产时间（用药至胎儿娩出时间）、引产中出血量、引产成功率。结果两组比较差异均有显著性，可认为实验组引产时间短，出血量少。结论米索前列醇联合利凡诺尔用于中期孕引产能明显缩短引产时间，减少阴道出血量，提高引产成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of misoprostol and ethacridine in pregnancy.Methods 70 cases of pregnancies during 24-27 weeks were randomized into two groups:the trial group(n=35),amniocentesis by misoprostol and Ethacridine;the control group(n=35),amniocentesis by ethacridine. The time and amount of blood loss and successful rate were observed between two groups in labor induction. Results The trial group had less blood loss and shorter labor induction time than the control group had (P<0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol and ethacridine used in labor induction are efficient in reducing the time and the amount of the vaginal blood in labor induction. It is effective in improving the successful rate of labor induction in pregnancy. |
