| 摘 要： | 目的从胰头非肿瘤性肿块影像特点探讨胰头癌误诊原因。方法回顾分析近5年来误诊为胰头癌的非肿瘤性病变。结果将非肿瘤性胰头肿块分为实质性、囊实性、炎性和解剖异常4组,分别阐述其病理生理和鉴别要点。结论非肿瘤性胰头肿块常误诊为胰头癌;结合临床,仔细分析其影像特点,多数患者能确诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the misdignostic cause of the pancreatic head carcinoma from the occupied imaging features of non-tumorous mass within the head of pancreas.Methods Cases of non-tumorous mass of the head of pancreas in recent five years were retrospectively analyzed.Results Non-tumorous mass was divided into solid,cystic,imflammatic and variational mass four group.The imaging differential key points were explained in this article.Conclusion Non-tumorous masses within the head of pancreas are common.It i... |
