C型臂数字减影X光机引导经皮穿刺肺活检24例临床护理体会

目的:总结C型臂数字减影X光机引导经皮穿刺肺活检前后疗效及护理。方法:24例患者采用C型臂数字减影X光机引导下以Autovac针经皮穿刺肺活检,术前做好心理护理、术中密切配合、术后严密观察。结果24例外周肿块及弥漫性病灶患者均1次穿刺成功。结论:C型臂数字减影X光机引导经皮穿刺肺活检痛苦小、肺组织损伤轻、诊断率高、并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical nursing of 24 patients with percutaneous lung puncture biopsy by application of C-arm digital subtracting X-ray system

Objective: To evaluate the effective outcome and summarize nursing experience for the patients with percutaneous lung puncture biopsy by application of C-arm digital subtracting X-ray system. Methods: Lung biopsy was made by Autovac needle to 24 patients, which was conducted under the leading of C-arm digital subtracting X-ray system. Preoperative psychonursing, close cooperation and monitoring were adopted to decrease the complications. Results: The success of One-time puncture was gained in 24 patients who suffered from peripheral tumor and diffuse lesion. Conclusion: Percutaneous lung puncture biopsy by application of C-arm digital subtracting X-ray system has such advantages as less pain, less lung damage, accurate diagnosis and few complications. The technique is worth popularizing.
