中医预防及改善骨质疏松系列保健食品的研发思路及范例介绍

随着食品工业的迅速发展和人们消费水平的提高，大家对调节生理活动的营养保健食品的需求不断增加，这给我国的保健食品研制和开发提供了广阔的发展空间。由于疾病谱的变化和老龄社会的到来，骨质疏松的预防和治疗引起了全社会的关注和重视。笔者分析和总结了预防及改善骨质疏松保健食品的研发现状，重点论述了中医预防及改善骨质疏松系列保健食品的研发思路，并以骨青春牌乐缘片研发实例说明保健食品研发的具体方法和要求，说明采用传统补钙与中医药整体功能调节有机结合研制预防和改善骨质疏松保健食品是切实可行，值得提倡的。

Ideas of research and an example of Chinese health food in preventing and reducing osteoporosis

With the rapid development of food industry and people' s consumption level, the requirements for health foods, which can regulate body physiological functions, are increasing. This provides a developing space for health foods of our country. The prevention and treatment on osteoporosis drawed much attention by all of society because of the changes of disease spectrum and the coming era of the aging society. This review analyzed and summarized the current situation of researches and development of health foods, with actions of preventing and treating osteoporosis, emphasized the research idea and took the research and development of Bone Youth Leyuan Tablet as an example to demonstrate the developing way of health food. It is feasible and encouraging that using calcium supplements combined with Triditional Medicine (TCM) and Chinese material medica to regulate the metabolic function holistically.
