腰椎间盘突出症再手术17例分析

目的分析腰椎间盘突出症再手术原因,探讨再手术方法及疗效。方法对37例常规髓核摘除术后症状复发的腰椎间盘突出症患者行再手术治疗。结果再手术原因:神经根管狭窄22例,腰椎不稳6例,手术失误8例(间隙错误3例,术侧错误3例,间隙遗漏2例),术后椎间隙感染1例。37例均顺利完成再手术,术后脑脊液漏2例,经头低脚高位及拔管后腹带加压治愈。37例均获随访,平均3.2(2~6)年。采用侯树勋评价标准评定疗效:优11例,良19例,可7例。结论继发性神经根管狭窄和腰椎不稳是腰椎间盘突出症术后症状复发的主要原因,再手术治疗效果满意。

Reoperation of Lumbar Disc Herniation: 17 Cases Analysis
