某基层部队健康状况及卫生服务需求调查分析

目的：调查研究与西北地区某部官兵的健康状况及其影响因素，为部队制订基层卫生管理和卫生服务保障对策提供依据。方法：采用成建制整群抽样的方法对西北地区某部抽样调查了1771名官兵，使用第四军医大学卫生统计学教研室自地设计的“部队健康调查表”，以问卷调查和体格检查的方式获得数据，并应用SPLM中文统计软件进行统计学分析。结果：74．95％的官兵对自己的身体状况非常满意或基本满意，25．05％的官兵不满意或非常不满意。两周内有34．62％的官兵患病。一年内有7．07％的官兵住院治疗，其中因训练受伤住院占27．20％。结论：卫生管理机关应加大对基层部队卫生服务保障的力度以更好地满足基层官兵的卫生服务需求。在做好常见季节性疾病防治工作的同时，还应重视因训练致伤等疾病的防治。

INVESTIGATION ON THE HEALTH STATUS AND HYGIENIC SERVICE REQUIREMENT IN THE ARMY

Objective: To study the health status and its influential factors of the soldiers and officers from the army in northwest region, so as to provide scientific basis for making corresponding strategies for health management and service.Methods: A total of 1 771 soldiers and officers were sampled from the army in Shanxi area. Questionnaire and medical examination were made and SPLM software package was used to make statistical analysis. Results: Soldiers and officers who were content with their health status accounted for 74.95% of the total investigated, while those who were not content with their health status accounted for 25.05%. 34.62% of the total investigated were ill within two weeks. Inpatients in one year amounted to 7.07%, among them training injury accounted for 27.20%. Conclusion: The health management should focus on the medical service of troops at the basic level to meet the requirement of soldiers and officers. And it should still pay attention to the prevention of training injury as well as the prevention of common seasonal diseases.
