晚期肝癌患者红细胞与淋巴细胞粘附肿瘤细胞能力的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨晚期肝癌患者红细胞和淋巴细胞对肿瘤细胞的免疫粘附能力。方法 采用红细胞和淋巴细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞及红细胞促淋巴细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞实验方法 ,对 43例晚期肝癌患者进行研究。结果 晚期肝癌患者红细胞和淋巴细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力都明显下降(P <0 0 1) ,特别是淋巴细胞对肿瘤细胞的免疫粘附功能下降更明显。肝癌患者和正常人的红细胞对自身淋巴细胞具有免疫粘附促进作用 ,但肝癌患者红细胞对自身淋巴细胞的免疫粘附促进作用明显低于正常人 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫粘附肿瘤功能试验 ,可考虑作为肝癌患者免疫功能测定指标之一 ,红细胞免疫粘附功能的变化在晚期肝癌疾病发展及预后中具有一定作用

Abstract:Objective To study the adhering of red blood cells and lymphocytes to tumor cells from the patients of advanced liver cancer. Methods The immune adhering test of red blood cells and lymphocytes to tumor cells and the modulation test of red blood cells to lymphocytes have been used. Results The immune adhesion ability of red blood cells and lymphocytes to tumor cells from healthy individuals and patients with advanced liver cancer was both obviously lower than that of healthy individuals ( P <0.01). Red blood cells of both the patients of advanced liver cancer and healthy individuals can significantly promote the adhering of lymphocytes to tumor cells, but the former was weaker than that of the latter. Conclusion The immune adhesion test of red blood cells and lymphocytes to tumor cells can be regarded as an important judgment line in immune related diseases. And the modulation function of red blood cells plays an important role in development of the diseases.
