责任制助产的临床观察与体会

目的 探讨责任制助产与常规待产的效果差异。方法 将2001年9月至2002年1月住院分娩、胎位正常的初产妇分为对照组与观察组。对照组98例采取常规产程观察,观察组56例实施一对一责任制助产。结果 观察组总产程及第一、二、三产程时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01);剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 责任制助产在缩短产程及减少产后并发症方面均明显优于常规助产,有利于产科质量的提高,是一种值得推广的新型助产服务模式。

The clinica observation and experience of liable deliver

Objective To study the differences between liable deliver and routine deliver. Methods The first lying-in women admitted in our department from September 2001 to January 2002 were randomly arranged into the control group and the study group. The control group (n= 98) was given routine deliver observation and the study group (n = 56) one-to-one liable deliver. Results The whole labor duration, the first, second and third periods of labor were significantly shortened. Cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage and asphysia neonatorum at the study group were more significantly lessened than those at control group. Conclusion liable deliver is superior to routine deliver in view of shortening labor duration and lessening postpartum complications. Liable deliver improving delivering quality! is a new delivering service mode worth spreading.
