血府逐瘀汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清非对称性二甲基精氨酸水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察血府逐瘀汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清非对称性二甲基精氨酸(asymmetric dimethylarginine,ADMA)的影响,并探讨血府逐瘀汤抗动脉粥样硬化的机制。方法24只大鼠随机分为对照组(n=8)、模型组(n=8)、血府逐瘀汤组(n=8)。采用高脂喂养大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,以血府逐瘀汤对该模型进行干预。观察各组大鼠血清ADMA、NO浓度、主动脉组织形态学的变化。结果模型组大鼠主动脉粥样硬化改变明显;血府逐瘀汤组大鼠主动脉粥样硬化病理改变优于模型组;模型组大鼠血清ADMA水平明显高于血府逐瘀汤组(P=0.00),而NO水平明显低于血府逐瘀汤组(P=0.00)。血府逐瘀汤组大鼠血清ADMA及NO水平与对照组无明显差别(P分别为0.24、0.16)。大鼠血清ADMA与NO水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.73,P=0.00)。结论血府逐瘀汤能降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清ADMA浓度,血府逐瘀汤抗大鼠动脉粥样硬化作用与ADMA有关,降低血清ADMA水平可能是其中的一个重要机制。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect ofXuefu Zhuyu decoction on serum asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) level of the atherosclerosis rabbits. Method Twenty-four male rats were divided into three groups randomly: control group (n=8) was fed with normal diet; the model group (n=8)was fed with high fat/high cholesterol diet; and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (n=8)was fed with highfat/high cholesterol diet and intragastric administrated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction 7.10g/(kg·d). ADMA and NO in serum was detected and the histopathological changes of aorta were detected after 40 days. Result Compared with the model group, The degree of atheriosclerotic lesion in aorta was depressed in Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group.The serum ADMA of the model group were higher than those of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group(P=0.00),while the serum NO of of the model groupwere significantly lower than those of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group There were no significant difference between the serum ADMA and NO of the control group and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (P=0.24, P=0.16). The serum ADMA of all rats negatively correlated to the serum NO(r=-0.73, P=0.00). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can decrease the serum ADMA level in atherosclerosis rats. The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on anti-atherosclerosis may be related to the decreased serum ADMA level.
