3种根管预备方法再处理根管治疗失败病例的比较研究

目的 :比较手用器械根管预备、化学方法辅助手用器械预备、超声波根管预备 3种方法在根管治疗失败后再处理病例中的效果 ,评价其优越性。方法 :将 78个根管治疗失败患牙随机分为 3组 ,分别采用 3种方法去除原充填物 ,预备根管 ,随后均按常规根管消毒、充填 ,完成根管治疗。比较其根管充填物去除率、根管治疗期间的急症 (EIAE)发生率。结果 :根管充填物去除率方面 ,手用器械法和其他 2法有统计学意义 (P <0 0 0 1) ,化学法与超声法之间无统计学意义。在根管预备后EIAE发生率上 ,3种方法间无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :化学方法和超声方法优于手用器械法 ,化学方法比超声方法价廉 ,易于操作 ,有一定临床应用价值

Comparison of Effects of Three Root-reparation Techniques in the Re-treatment for the Failures in Root Canal Treatment

Objective:To evaluate the effect of hand instrumentation,hand instrumentation with chemical solution,ultrasonic instrumentation techniques on the re-treatment of the failed cases in root canal treatment.Method:Seventy-eight teeth with root canal treatment were divided into 3 groups of hand instrumentation(Group A),hand instrumentation with chemical solution(Group B),and ultrasonic instrumentation(Group C).The root canal treatment was completed and observed the clinical effect.Results:In the cleaning rate of root canal fillings,there were significant differences in Group A and other 2 groups.There was no statistical difference between Group B and Group C in the cleaning rate of root canal fillings.There was no statistical difference among 3 groups in the incidence of endodotic interappointment emergency.Conclusion:The hand instrumentation with chemical solution which is cheaper and more convenient,with the clinical value and ultrasonic instrumentation technique are better than hand instrumentation.
