| Abstract: | A new approach in preparing viral RNA was used in this study. This approach extracted highly pure viral RNA which increased the reliability of the results, and it was so simple to operate that the pure viral RNA could be obtained within 10minutes. The one-step single-tube RT-PCR was applied in this study, which was easy to operate, less likely to be contaminated, and had high degree of sensitivity and specificity. |
