再次冠状动脉旁路移植术的现状和展望

介绍国内外再次冠状动脉旁路移植手术(ReCABG)的现状，手术原因、适应证和禁忌证，常用手术方法等。近年来，北美及欧洲地区接受：ReCABG的患者人数在逐年递增，对ReCABG的方法，原移植血管的处理等问题正在不断地探讨和完善。目前国内对ReCABG仅有个案报道，但随着手术方法的成熟，麻醉和体外循环(CPB)相关技术的改进，ReCABG围手术期的发病率和死亡率将会大为下降，被越来越多的患者所接受。同样，ReCABG在我国也将会迅速得到推广。

The status and prospect of reoperative coronary artery bypass grafting

To introduce systematically the concerned knowledge of the application status of reoperative coronary artery bypass grafting(ReCABG) ,surgical causes,indications and contraindications, and surgical techniques at home and abroad. The number of ReCABG patient is increasing gradually.The problems about surgery technique,disposal of the grafted vessels, are being discussed and improved. Only indivival case of ReCABG has appeared in domestic journals. With the maturation of the surgery and the improvement of anesthesiology and cardiopulmonary bypass, the perioperative morbidity and mortality will decrease greatly,also,ReCABG will be popularized in our country soon.
