| 摘 要： | 全麻与硬外麻醉的作用机理尚未完全阐明，近年来的研究表明全麻与硬外麻醉有相同的作用部位，但作用机制不同。近年临床上全麻与硬外麻醉的联合使用增多，笔者对两种麻醉方式对脊髓的复合作用及影响做一综述。

| Abstract: | It is not clear completely about the mechanism of general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia.The research lately indicate that the general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia have the same action site,but the different mechanism.Because the combination of general and epidural anesthesia is used widely,we review the complex action of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on spinal cord. |
