| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨检测增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织中胶原的方法。方法:应用天狼猩红偏振光法和图像分析技术对正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织中胶原的类型、含量及分布特点进行研究。结果:正常皮肤组织中以Ⅲ型胶原为主;增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织中均以Ⅰ型胶原纤维为主,其含量随病程发展而增加。结论:天狼猩红偏振光法是检测增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织纤维化程度的理想方法,可以明确纤维化过程中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的变化规律。 |
