四君子汤对吡柔比星膀胱灌注毒副作用改善的观察

目的探讨四君子汤对膀胱肿瘤患者术后吡柔比星膀胱灌注毒副作用的影响。方法随机将40例膀胱肿瘤术后患者分为2组：单纯膀胱灌注组和联合治疗组。单纯膀胱灌注组采用吡柔比星,联合治疗组在吡柔比星膀胱灌注基础上联合四君子汤治疗。结果联合治疗组毒副作用发生率（55.00%）和单纯膀胱灌注组毒副作用发生率（95.00%）比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）;联合治疗组肿瘤复发率（15.00%）和单纯膀胱灌注组肿瘤复发率（25.00%）比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论中药四君子汤可以明显地降低肿瘤患者术后吡柔比星膀胱灌注的毒副作用。

Effect of SiJunZi decoction on intravesical instillation of Pirarubicin

Objective To investigate the effect of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin plus traditiona1 Chinese medicine SiJunZi Decoction with postoperative patients on advanced bladder cancer.Methods Forty postoperative patients with bladder cancer were randomly assigned into two groups.20 patients in the combined treated were given SJZD and intravesical instillation of pirarubicin;the other group were given intravesical instillation of pirarubicin alone.Results The predominant adverse reactions rate was 50.00%in SJZD plus intravesical instillation of pirarubicin group and 95.00%in intravesical instillation of pirarubicin group,It was significantly lower in the former group than in the latter group（P〈0.05）.and the recurrence rate of bladder cancer was 20.00%in intravesical instillation of pirarubicin group and 16.67%in SJZD plus intravesical instillation ofpirarubicin group,No significant difference between them（P〉0.05）.Conclusion SJZD was safe and effective in preventing the predominant adverse reactions produced by intravesical instillation of pirarubicin.
