母婴麻疹抗体水平及相互关系的初步研究

目的本研究通过对母亲和婴儿麻疹抗体水平检测,为对新生儿的麻疹预防、对育龄期妇女的麻疹疫苗的推广提供更为科学的依据并为疫情的控制提供参考。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测婴儿的脐带血及其母亲的麻疹IgG抗体进行配对研究。结果本次调查结果显示,婴儿麻疹抗体水平与母亲抗体水平的相关系数为0.772,说明婴儿抗体水平及存在与否,与母亲抗体水平有着密切关系。结论婴儿麻疹抗体滴度随着母亲滴度增高而增高,建议对育龄妇女进行麻疹疫苗接种,以提高婴儿胎传抗体水平,从而降低婴儿麻疹发病率。
