糖尿病患者住院医疗费用的影响因素分析

目的 了解近7年来我院住院糖尿病患者住院总费用的主要影响因素。方法 通过收集1997～2004年间在我院住院的糖尿病患者住院费用资料，采用多因素线性回归分析来探索糖尿病患者总住院费用的主要影响因素。结果 糖尿病患者次住院总费用中位数为4502．8元，次均日住院费用中位数为393．9元，多因素回归分析结果表明，住院天数、性别、年龄、付费方式、有无急慢性并发症、高血压、高脂血症等13个变量对糖尿病住院总费用影响具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 糖尿病各种急慢性并发症、合并症及医疗费用的付款方式均可影响糖尿病病人住院费用。

Analysis of the factors influencing cost in diabetes inpatients in Shaoxing Renmin Hospital

Objective To investigate the factors influencing the inpatients costs in diabetic patients m Shaoxing Hospital in last 7 years. Methods All the patients with diabetes in Shaoxing Hospital during 1997- 2004 were analyzed for their hospital cost with multivariate regression analysis. Results The median of total medical costs of diabetic inpatients was 4502.8 yuan , the median of daily costs is 393.9 yuan. According to the multivariate regression analysis, the factors including the way of the medical expense, the hospital-stay length, the particular year, the sex, the chronic complications involving the nerve, kidney, heart, brain, foot and the acute complications were found to be significantly correlated to cost in diabetic inpatients. Conclusion The diabetic complications and the way of the medical expense influence the cost of the dabetic inpatients. Therefore, controlling the diabetic complications is one of the best effective way to lessen the medical cost of diabetes.
