HGF/c-Met在鼻咽癌及其淋巴结转移中的表达及意义

目的 探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)及其受体c-Met蛋白在鼻咽癌及其淋巴结转移中的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测HGF和c-Met蛋白在27例鼻咽粘膜慢性炎、30例分化型非角化性鼻咽癌和20例鼻咽癌淋巴结转移中的表达.结果 鼻咽癌淋巴结转移中HGF阳性表达率为75.0%(15/20)显著高于鼻咽粘膜慢性炎(25.9%,7/27)和分化型非角化性鼻咽癌(46.7%,14/30)(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).鼻咽癌淋巴结转移和分化型非角化性鼻咽癌中c-Met蛋白阳性表达率分别为40.0%(8/20)和30.0%(9/30),均显著高于鼻咽粘膜慢性炎(3.7%,1/27)(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).HGF与c-Met在分化型非角化性鼻咽癌中呈正相关(rs=0.322,P＜0.05).结论 HGF与c-Met的过表达可能与鼻咽癌的发生发展有关.

The expression of HGF/c-Met protein in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lymph node metastasis

Objective To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), and its receptor c-Met protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and lymph nodes with NPC metastasis, and their biological significance. Methods Expression of HGF/c-Met were detected by immunohistochemical method in 27 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis, 30 patients with NPC and 20 patients with lymphy node metastasis of the NPC. Results The positive expression rate of HGF was 75.0% (15/20) in lymphy node metastasis of the NPC, it was significantly higher than that of chronic nasopharyngitis (25.9%, 7/27) and NPC (46.7%, 14/30) (P<0.05,P<0.01). The positive expression rates of c-Met protein in lymphy node metastasis and NPC were 40.0% and 30.0% respectively. It was significantly higher than that of chronic nasopharyngitis (3.7%) (P<0.05, P<0.01) in NPC. Conclusion Overexpressions of HGF and c-Met protein may be involved in the development and progression of NPC.
