QC小组活动在提高门诊健康教育中的作用

目的 提高门诊健康教育的效果．提高病人对护理工作的满意度。方法 通过开展QC小组活动,确定“加强门诊健康教育,提高病人对护理工作满意度”为宗旨,并运用PDCA循环原则,进行现状调查,健康评估问卷,请医生当顾问,制定实施对策．检验效果以及巩固措施等程序．结果 病人掌握门诊健康教育内容从50％上升到85％,对护理工作的综合满意度从88％上升98％。病人及家属主动参与门诊健康教育活动,减少慢性非传染性疾病的复发率和与行为有关的传染病的发生率,减少并发症的发生。结论 QC小组活动是提高门诊健康教育效果,提高病人对护理工作满意度的一种行之有效的方法。

The role of QC group in the promotion of health education at the out-patient department

Objective To improve both the effect of the health education at the outpatient department and satisfaction of patients with nursing work. Methods The QC (quality control) group had its activity based on the aim of "reinforcing the health education to raise the patient's satisfaction with nursing work". Using PDCA principle, the QC group carried out investigation over the status quo, designed questionnaire about health evaluation, invited doctors to be consultants, regulated enforcing measures, checked the effect and consolidated the measures. Results The patients mastered the contains of health education at the out-patient department from 50% to 85%, were satisfied with the nursing work from 88% to 98%. As a result, the patients and their families participated in the education activities enthusiastically so as to reduce the recurrence rate of non-infectious diseases and some infectious diseases associated with behaviors and lessen the occurrence of complications as well. Conclusion QC group helps effectively improve the effect of health education at the out-patient department and enhances patient's satisfaction with nursing work.
