| 摘 要： | 目的：总结我科13年来采用烧伤湿性医疗技术救治成批瓦斯爆炸伤患者的临床经验。方法：对。1987年9月～2000年9月收治的8批62例瓦斯爆炸伤患者的创面处理均采用烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT／MEBO)治疗。结果：除2例自动出院外，余60例均痊愈。结论：妥善组织、分工合作，正确采用MEBT／MEBO处理创面，及早处理合并伤和并发症，可有效提高成批瓦斯爆炸伤患者的治愈率。

Experience in the rescue of gas explosion victims in group |

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the experience in the rescue of gas explosion victims in group. Method: Retrospective analysis of the treating course of 62 patients burned by gas explosion in 8 groups. All the patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Result:2 cases left the hospital at their own will, 60 cases were cured. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO should be applied in a standardized way and complications should be treated early. Good organization and coordination are important in order to raise the curative rate. |
