上海橡胶制品研究所健康促进工作分析

目的探讨企业健康促进工作方法，评估企业健康促进工作成效。方法采用健康促进理论和方法，从2001年开始在上海橡胶制品研究所进行试点，通过领导开发、需求分析、制定计划、组织实施、效果评估等阶段工作。结果该企业成立了健康促进组织网络，培育了一支健康促进骨干队伍，制定了切实可行的健康促进工作计划。企业职工职业卫生法律法规、职业病危害对健康影响认知以及健康理念的认知水平迅速提高。粉尘、有毒化学物的危害得到有效的控制，个人防护得到加强，不良生活习惯得到一定程度的改善，吸烟率由原来的32％降低至21％，参加运动人数由23％上升到58％，高血压控制率达92％，职工体检率达100％。结论企业领导的重视，专业技术部门的指导，培育骨干队伍，健康促进工作可在企业内顺利开展并取得成效。

Analysis of Health Promotion in Shanghai Institute of Rubber Products

[ Objective] To study the method of health promotion in enterprise, and evaluate the effect of health promotion project. [ Methods] With the theory and method of health promotion, developing, requirements analyzing, plan designing, implementing, results evaluating and other staged work has been carried out in Shanghai institute of rubber products since 2001. [ Results] The institute established a health promotion organization frame, trained a health promotion worker team, and drew out a feasible health promotion plan. The staff＇s knowledge of occupational health laws and regulations, occupational disease hazards, health cognition all have been enhanced rapidly. Hazard of dust and toxicoid were controlled effectively and personal protect facilities were improved. Bad habits have been changed. Smoking rate deceased from 32% to 21% while exercising rate increased from 23% to 58%, hypertension controlled rate reached 92%. All of the staff made physical examination. [ Conclusion] Health promotion could be advanced successfully and made progress with chief encouraging, professional instructing and team training.
