力月西在硬膜外麻醉手术的临床效果观察

目的:观察麻醉开始前应用力月西的顺行性遗忘效果,以及镇静效果。寻求理想的静脉给药技术和适宜的镇静深度。方法:选择90例在椎管内麻醉下接受择期下肢或下腹部手术病人,随机分为两组:力月西静脉注射组和对照组。记录两组患者在用药前后、手术中的HRs、PO2、BP。结果:力月西组45例患者中,对麻醉及手术过程均有不同程度的遗忘,43例完全遗忘,仅2例有部分记忆。结论:应用力月西能够消除患者对手术的恐惧感及对手术时不愉快的记忆,而且安全有效,值得推广。

Application of Midazolam in the Epidural Anesthesia

Objective: To observe the effects of midazolam in anterograde amnesia and calmness before anesthesia.And also to seek the ideal route of intravenous administration for anesthesia and proper depth of calmness.Methods: Ninety patients,who would receive the operation on legs or lower belly on a picked day under anesthesia through epidural,were randomly divided into two groups(Group A intravenous injection of midazolam and Group B-control).Then their HR,sPO_2,BP before and after medication were recorded.Results: All the 45 patients in the group A forgot the anesthesia and the operation process to a different extent,from them 43 patients forgot anything completely,only 2 patients remembered something partly.Conclusion:Midazolam can help the patients to dispel the frigt of operation and remove the remembering of the unhappy operation.This anesthetic is safety and effective for the patients.
