| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄肺炎患者的临床特点以及救治经验。方法回顾分析2005年5月～2009年9月入住我科高龄肺炎患者的临床资料,分析诊断,治疗与预后。结果 83例高龄肺炎患者,给予抗生素、营养支持、免疫调节,人工通气辅助,器官保护等治疗措施。结论高龄肺炎临床表现不典型且病情发展迅速,早诊断、早治疗,合理使用抗生素和人工通气辅助,加强支持治疗及器官的保护非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with pneumonia as well as the experience of treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis in May 2005 ～ September 2009 elderly patients with pneumonia admitted our department of clinical data,analysis and diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Results 83 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia,given antibiotics,nutritional support,immune regulation,artificial ventilation support,organ protection treatment measures.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of atypical pneumonia in old age and disease progression is rapid,early diagnosis,early treatment,rational use of antibiotics and artificial ventilation assistance,strengthen support for treatment and protection of organs is very important. |
