海洛因依赖患者明尼苏达多相人格调查表测试结果的聚类分析

目的 :了解海洛因依赖患者的人格特点和男女患者的人格差异。方法 :采用中国版“明尼苏达多相人格测查表”(MMPI) ,对 30 0例 (男 2 2 0例 ,女 80例 )海洛因依赖患者进行测试 ,并与全国常模对照。结果 :男性海洛因依赖患者病态人格 (Pd)、偏执 (Pa)、轻躁狂 (Ma)、抑郁 (D)、疑病 (Hs)、精神分裂症 (Sc)量表分升高非常明显 (P <0 0 0 1) ,呈现 4、6、2、9、1、8型剖析图 ,而女性海洛因依赖者病态人格 (Pd)、偏执 (Pa)、癔病 (Hy)、疑病 (Hs)、抑郁 (D)量表分升高非常明显 (P <0 0 0 1) ,呈现 4、6、3、1、2型剖析图。各量表分聚类分析 ,2 2 0例男性 ,80例女性海洛因依赖患者可分别分为 6类及 4类。结论 :海洛因依赖患者有明显的人格异常 ,男性患者的攻击性人格特征更明显 ,而女性患者的癔症性人格特征更明显。

CLUSTER ANALYSIS USING MINNESOTA MULTIPHASIC PERSONALITY INVENTORY TEST IN HEROIN ADDICTS

Objective: To assess the personality of heroin addicts and evaluate the difference of personality between male and female heroin addicts. Methods: By using the 399-item Chinese version of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), a study was conducted on the measurements of the personalities of 300 heroin addicts and the results were comparel with the Chiese norm. Results: In the male heroin addicts, the measured scales of psychopathic status (No.4), paranoid (No.6), depression (No.2), hypomania(No.9), hypochondriasis (No.1) and schizophrenia(No.8)of MMPI appeared to be very high(P<0.001) and disclosed six-peak models to the scapes of 4,6,2,9,1,8 of MMPI. In the female heroin addicts the measured scales of psychopathic status (No.4), paranoid (No.6), hysteria (No.3), hypochondriasis (No.1) and depression(No.2) of MMPI appeared to be very high(P<0.001) and disclosed five-peak models to the scales of 4,6,3,1,2 of MMPI. The male and female heroin addicts fell into six and four types,respectively according to the cluster analysis. Conclusion: Heroin addicts have significant personality abnormalities. The male heroin addicts have significant personality feature of aggression and the female heroin addicts have significant personality feature of hysteria.
